Biography

Reynaldo is a trilingual, multicultural attorney licensed to practice by the Supreme Court of Texas, the New York Supreme Court (Appellate Division, 3rd Judicial Department) and the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB-SP). He has significant, diversified experience in international disputes and transactions, and international corporate compliance and investigations.

Reynaldo began his legal career in Brazil where he represented clients in civil and labor litigation and commercial contract matters. He subsequently relocated to the United States, where he worked for top international US law firms on Latin America-related international arbitration and litigation, cross-border corporate governance, maintenance and compliance, M&A transaction due diligence, anti-corruption investigations, and eDiscovery matters.

Reynaldo holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2001), and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Texas at Austin (2007). He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
