Biography
Attorney Gabriel Peña Rodríguez is a committed and driven legal professional whose discipline and dedication guide every aspect of his practice. He began his academic journey at Arizona State University, where he earned a double bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. His studies strengthened his understanding of the justice system and deepened his commitment to serving others through the law. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law, graduating in 2023, and was admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico in 2024, earning the 13th highest score on the bar exam. Before transitioning into immigration law, Gabriel worked as a Contract Specialist within a government agency, where he developed strong skills in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and analytical decision-making. This experience sharpened his ability to navigate complex legal and administrative framework, that now strengthen his advocacy for clients. Gabriel is dedicated to walking alongside immigrants and non-immigrants as they navigate complicated legal processes, offering clarity, support, and genuine care every step of the way. Helping clients move closer to the life they envision is not just his profession, it’s his purpose.
