Attorney Waterhouse received her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center and has been practicing immigration law since 2008.
Attorney Waterhouse’s commitment to excellence has shined in her work before the USCIS as well as in her Cancellation of Removal, Cancellation of Removal for non-Permanent Residents, 212(c) waivers, 212(h) waivers, 237(a)(1)(H) waivers, adjustment of status, withholding of removal, and temporary protected status deportation defense strategies and arguments posited before immigration judges, the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Her devotion to the field of immigration became evident early on. During law school Attorney Waterhouse was awarded a public interest fellowship and interned with the Southwest Regional Juvenile Defender Center. She also participated in the Law Center’s clinical program as a student attorney in the Child Advocacy Clinics, representing victims of child abuse and defending juveniles charged with delinquency.
