Aaron Prabhu, Attorney
Aaron Prabhu, is a member of Gonzalez Olivieri LLC’s Appellate and Litigation Team members. As such, attorney Prabhu handles a wide range of immigration issues which he posits before the Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Attorney Prabhu applies his keen understanding of immigration issues to devising top quality immigration litigation strategies for the firm’s clients in subject matters such as deportation defense, adjustment of status, legal permanent residence, citizenship and for the famous “Motion to Reopen”.
His extensive experience as intern and researcher for Judge Alexandra Smoots-Hogan and for Professor Cherie O. Taylor and his Cum Laude achievement from South Texas College of Law in Houston, prepared him well for the road ahead. His work at Gonzalez Olivieri LLC conducting legal research, preparing important pre-trial and post-trial motions and ensuring that issues are properly brought forth in appeals, evidences his excellent training.
Attorney Prabhu also enjoys working closely with Gonzalez Olivieri LLC clients because he understands their plight. Attorney Prabhu was born in Mumbai, India and spent most of his life growing up in Toronto, Canada. As such, he has a firsthand understanding of the complexities of emigrating from one country to another. He, therefore, works zealously and is deeply committed to his work.
